Income Tax Return filing problem

However, while trying to register the DSC for filing a ITR-6 for a new company assessee, I am getting the follwing message:- This indicates that if it is a first return, it has to be manually signed and ITR-V sent to Bangalore.
Error in registration of your Digital Certificate
Validation Error
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
Digital Certificate is not issued in the name of the company.
Your Name in the Certificate does not match with the Key Persons/Partner Member Information if filed earlier
If you are filing the first return of the Company/Firm/Trust, you have to submit ITR-V only.
Please suggest remedy.
I had contacted the Aayakar Sampark Kendra at 0124-24380000. They also did not have an answer and stated they would update the same by mid of August.
