I request you to please suggest me whether i can file return for A Y 2010-11 or not & if i can what is the procedure for the same & it is for an Individual & for AOP.

So request you to guide with same.

02 December 2012 for AY 2010-11 u can file the return now...., online filing cannot be made., ..manual filings will not be accepted in the department.

02 December 2012 Return for the financial year 2010-11 can be filed before 31/03/2013. If AY in your query denotes assessment year, then you can not file the same. The date was 31/03/2012.
