Income tax return filing ay 2018-19 after 31.03.2019

04 April 2019 I have paid tax of Rs.1150/- on 04.04.2019 but the Income Tax website not allowing me to submit the Income Tax Return of AY 2018-19 whose deadline due date has passed on 31.03.2019, so now what should i do ?, guide me.
I also submit the grievance for the same.
Did i get back the amount of tax paid by me?

04 April 2019 You have paid tax but could not file the ITR. You may feel free now. As and when you will be asked to file a return the credit of Rs 1150/- will always remain with you. You will be spared from penalty by the department if you have discharged your liability, though a little bit late. Just relax, there are many big cases on which they will focus.

04 April 2019 but client is asking me for his IT Return papers like Ack, ITR form and screenshot of Return filed status, what should I do for that ?

05 April 2019 It is your mistake. You remained ignorant with the fact of last date of return filing. Accept the same.
Further, convince him that by paying tax you may be saved from penalties.
