16 April 2018 Dear Sir,

Due date for Income Tax Return filing For the Assessment year 2017-18, dead line is over 31.03.2018. If non filers cant file income tax return for the Financial Year 2016-17, what to do next income tax department enable the forms to file after due date or else

please inform me

16 April 2018 if you have refund claim or loss you may go for condonation of delay as per Circular issued on 9 June 2015,

17 April 2018 In normal procedure No way for filing ITR AY 16-17 and 17-18. except Notice from ITD for NMS or Any refund claim or Losses then Assessee can file Condonation of Delay.

17 April 2018 I agree for all your replies, but any individual for home loan purpose if bank people might ask income tax returns for previous years if not only non filers, but new assessee `s can not file income tax returns, for those people wants to file income tax returns what do next,
