ONE OF MY RELATIVE HAS NOT FILED INCOME TAX RETURN FROM LAST FY 11-12 UPTO NOW AND NOT CLAIMED TDS REFUND

SO WHAT ABOUT TDS DEDUCTED IN 2014-15,2013-14
HE WANTS TO CLAIM REFUND
SO WHAT OTHER OPTION HE IS LEFT WITH AS HE WANTS TO CLAIM REFUND
AND AFTER LOGIN TO SITE IN QUICK RETURN SO WHY IT IS SHOWING RETURN FROM 2012-13 ONWARDS WHY THE DEPARTMENT HAS PROVIDED THAT RETURN

You cannot file the return for earlier years electronically i e from AY 12-13 TO 15-16 you have to contact AO for filing the same and getting Refund under sec 119 (2) (b)
