hello,
can we show tax payable in income tax return and file it and pay the tax afterwards..is it valid

No you cannot do that.return of income will be treated as defective unless the tax together with interest, if any, payable in accordance with the provisions of section 140A has been paid on or before the date of furnishing of the return.
