one of the asseess has commission income and also their job work income ?
can assessee go for itr 4 for commisson and also job work income can go for 44ad section with same time ?

Finance act 2012 has specifically excluded person having commision income from filing itr4s under sec 44AD as sec 44AD is not available to them.

you cannot file sep itr if u have more then 1 income source as only 1 itr for 1 year is allowed...so u should file itr-4 and disclose all source of income in it.
