What are the possible reasons for Non filing of Income Tax return? Also Is it mandatory for all to file Income tax return if they dont have taxable Income?

Those whose gross total income below the exemption limit not required to file income tax return. So many reasons to not file income tax return like non availability of the assessee and he not appointed any representative, death of assessee in this case legal hirers autometically act as representatives, In-capability of assessee at the time of filling of return etc..

1) If GTI is below the exemption limit.
2) If an employee having income upto Rs 5 lakh and all the taxes are paid by his employer in form of TDS
2) If an employee having income upto Rs 5 lakh and all the taxes are paid by his employer in form of TDS
