Dear Expert,
One of my clients, he was not filed his income tax return for A.y. 2012-13.i.e.f.y.2011-12. his TDS IS RS.15000/-.
now, he wants to file return for A.y.2012-13 F.y. 2011-12.
i have advice him period is now over on 31.03.2014. whatever he wants to file return.
So, if i can file return in 44ad, what is impact of refund and panelty. for late filling of return.
pl. advice me , can fille return or not.
if file then what is panelty impose by income tax dept. and how to get refund.????

Return cannnot be filed now.
