Sir,
I could not refund voucher of income tax encashed in time due to misplaced vouchers, now i have traced it.
Can anyone tell me that where i have to apply for issue me new refund vouchers with address and format of addressing letter to income tax department.

Make an general application to the concerned Assessing officer / ITO Ward where u have filed your Income tax return about issue of fresh refund cheque in place of staled or time barred cheque mentioning the reasons for not encashing.
Do not forget to enclose the staled cheque with the application.
