Income tax refund after late submission of itrv

I want to know that if a taxpayer has filed his income tax return within due date with tax refundable, but late submit his
ITR V. Can he will get income tax refund from Income tax department.

if the ITR V is not submitted in time then the submission of return is treated as no submission case
you may submit return afresh

you have to file return again and send with in 120 days from date of filing.
