What is the remedy available to an asssessee whose TDS Credit is available in Form 26 AS and is in possession of valid TDS certificate,but not in Intimation u/s 143 issued by CPC?

What is the remedy available to an asssessee whose TDS Credit is available in Form 26 AS and is in possession of valid TDS certificate,but not in Intimation u/s 143 issued by CPC?

The remedy available to the assessee is only request. Here he has to file online rectification request in case online return has been filed. Otherwise, make an application to rectify the order U/s 154.

The only solution is to file the online rectification. after the rectification filed assessee will get the refund with in a period of six months
