14 December 2011 Our client had been denied the IT refund due to wrong address and the cheque returned back to the department. But we had submitted the return specifying refund by ECS giving all the details. can any one tell why they delivered cheque though we asked for ECS and how can i apply so that the refund can be claimed as earliest?? Pls do replyyy...if any one gone through the situation
