If you're having trouble receiving your income tax refund due to bank account validation issues, the primary solution involves pre-validating your bank account on the income tax e-filing portal. Ensure your bank account details, especially the name, exactly match your PAN records to avoid mismatches. If a name discrepancy is the problem, update it with your bank to align with your PAN data. After successful pre-validation, resubmit your refund re-issue request. If the issue persists, double-check your IFSC code and account number before submitting a new request.
