Income tax rectification request

I have submitted online ITR for AY 2012-13 but due to mistake I have mentioned wrong TAN No. and due to that my TDS mismatched and Income tax department have raised me a notification under section 143(1).
I have also submitted rectification request under section 154 by correcting TAN No. but almost 3 month is over and no response from Income Tax Department.
Please also note that due to that my refund for AY 2013-14 pending.
Please advice what to do at this stage.
