Income tax on captial gain on,sale of agricultural urban land

I sold inherited urban agricultural land for rs ten lakh in march 2012 after two months i purchase urban agricultural land for rs four lakh and residential land in jan 2015 for rs ten lakh i donot file itr i got letter from income tax department because i deposited ten lakh in my s account during sale of land in2012 i want to know how much tax i have to pay or either i got tax exemption if yes under which section.
