09 June 2015 Assessee unfortunately expired in Mid of the Previous Year. I have a question as to how shall I bring finality to his Assessment for the Previous Yea?

Note:Legal Heir Request has already been submitted with the Income Tax Department by spouse of the Deceased Assessee.
