Sir, One more thing i need to know that can i file Income Tax Return U/s 119(2)(b) for 3 years for a same assesses at a time?

1. No. If there is tax liability then you cannot file ITR u/s. 119(2)(b).
2. Yes, you can file for 3 years, if you get prior permission from Jurisdictional ITO.
