Income tax demand notice not received

11 December 2014 Income tax department is showing demand (u/s 1431a of Rs.17000/- for the A.Y:2009-10, Rs.6900/- for the year 2010-11 and Rs.17300/- for the year 2011-12. Where as my tax credits showing now for the A.Y 2009-2010 Rs.13502/- this amount is not appeared earlier and after submitting rectification return by my employer not it is appearing. 2010-11 is Rs.14300/- and 2011-12 is Rs.21000/-. Actually my employer deducted the advance tax for the A.Y 2009-10 and remitted to IT. It is not reflecting in my tax credit statement. Hence my tax refunds were not released and no intimation received by me. I am not able to get the records from my employer except form 16. My health will not permit to got to IT office daily and I want to settle the issue. These returns filed by me by manual. How can I proceed pl. guide me. As per my auditors suggestion I have submitted a reply to my A.O requestig to adjust tax credits of my account.

11 December 2014 Now I received ITR status is received for the latest returns and unable to know the status of previous ITRs since it is filed manually.

11 December 2014 other then meeting ur jurisdictional ao u cannot do anything...better hire a ca and resolve the issue

13 December 2014 Instead of doing all these things I accepted the demand and requested to adjust my refunds to enable to pay the demand. Presently I am unable to provide the details of my employer remittance and returns exceipt form 16 and details of my employer deductions.

I am waiting final demand from IT dept. what is further course and result.
