Can a father claim deduction under section 80C for the Registration Fees paid to The ICAI for his child.

Dear Ntitin,
As per the given facts,
The deduction u/s 80C can be claimed for tution fees.
Hence, fees paid to ICAI can not be claimed as deduction u/s 80C.
