I am a first class qualifed CA and ISA. I have good and versatile experience with some big organizations in Tax and Audit fields. Currently, i am in practice with head office in New Delhi. Our other branch office are in Faridabad, Srinagar, and Bangalore. I am in penal with different companies, including MNC's.

Our firm is a group of profesional haing expertise in different field. We provide a complete solution to all the consultancy problems/queries in any business. We have our outsourcing wing also where we handle the whole accounting and taxation of an client.

Our outsoucing wing, is aimed to provide an help to the newly entrepreneurs in form of maintiaing their Accounting and Taxations records, books, at low cost and less infrastructure.

Dear Sir. we are in SEZ. we have a option for Tax Exemptions upto 5 Years. we havebeen runing from 2010-11 middle of the year. right now we are in 2011-12 statutory audit. i am sitting with auditors. our auditor said DTA/DTL should create 2011-12 FY Year. it it correct??? please help out from this doubt. thanks in advance rama rao from vizag
