Income tax claim return of income

21 June 2017 My assessee sale the property and for which buyer deduct Income Tax @1% of Rs.70,000/-. My question is this tax amount of Rs.70,000/- claim my return of income and ITR-2 return for the A.Y.2017-18, this income tax amount of Rs.70,000/- written which column. Please answer clearly and solve the problem.
