06 June 2014 Is it mandatory to give case law names in the exam.......I remember the content and the respective decision.....but the case law names get confused more often than not.....will majority of the marks get cut for not writing/wrong case law names? If we do not know the case law name how do we start the answer? Kindly help since the exam is day after

07 June 2014 it is always advisable to quote case law. that helps in fetching higher marks.

07 June 2014 if u cant quote correct one then write in a decided case law it was held that.....

but if u write correct content with wrong name of case then surely heavy marks will be deducted.
