My client has lost his income tax assessment order u/s 143(3) issued by the Income Tax Dept.
Can anyone help me how to request the dept for the reissue ?

Just write a letter and request for issue of photocopy of the order. Better you visit the department personally they may also give you a photocopy of the order without any letter.
