Will you please let me know what is the permissable limit u/s 80u if an indidual is having phisical disablities for AY 2012-13

Suffering from not less than 40% of any disability certified by medical authority =Rs 50,000

If 80% or more = Rs 100,000.

Deduction of Rs. 50000/- to an individual who suffers from a physical disability (including blindness) or mental retardation.(40% or more disability)
in case of individuals with severe disability a deduction of Rs. 100000/- (80% or more disability)
