17 November 2008 My client have a proprietory firm
name called M/S SUNIDHI ENTERPRISES
and the proprietor name was MR.SURESH
JADHAV.Now the proprietor want to transfer same business with whole assets & liablities in the name of his son MR.AMIT JADHAV for A.Y-2009-10.What was the procedure to follow for tranfer .
please guide me.
