08 November 2017 Sir,
my query is below, please advice, i am working in Pvt Ltd Co. my company tie up with ONGC. 1 function done in Delhi on behalf of Foreing company but payment received to us with (-) TDS 10%.
e.g. ONGC Delegate Fees in $ 45900
we received Money after TDS 10% of 45900-4590=41310
now i want to transfer fund to Foreign company $41310/-
1. can i transfer full amt or deduct 10% of TDS against foreign company ($45900) or (41310) ONGC form 16 submit after march-18

so please advice what is the question
