Is it mandatory to accompany CARO report in the Tax Audit report?

CARO will be applicable under companies act, ie., statutory audit. It will not comes under tax audit report

As rightly said by Ld Expert, CARO is related to Statutory Audit, not Tax Audit but While uploading the Tax Audit report online, you will have to attach the Audited Accounts along with all schedule and Auditors Report which will include CARO.
