I have not received my feb month salary and tds has been deducted on the same, shall i incorporate feb month salary in my ITR or not.

27 July 2014 Ask for form 16 from your employer and based on form 16 file your return.

27 July 2014 you have to include it in your salary return. please refer section 15(a)

"any salary due from an employer or a former employer to an assessee in the previous year, whether paid or not;...."
