07 March 2014 Can employer reimburse car maintenance exp to the employee whose car is registered in the name of his son for income tax rebate purpose?

07 March 2014 yes if the expenses such as petrol/maintenance have been paid by the father and the car was used for the benefit of the business of the employer.
