i want to file itr 4 fr a.y. 11-12,12-13,13-14 now in a.y. 14-15.i don hv taxable income.can i file it?
and if yes is dr any penalty to pay?

you cannot file for AY 2011-12. For AY 2012-13, 2013-14 you can file online. If there is no taxable income, no penalty shall be levied.
