We are receiving some mone (cash) From Relative & Deposited my own A/c Then I will issue Cheque to Builder
so I will Pay Income Tax.
What can i do. Pl. tell me

If the amount is received as gift from a relative, the same is exempt in your hands and no tax liability arises.
