09 March 2014 My Brother is currently in C.A. Final. I have taken Life Insurance Agency in his name. The TDS is being deducted from the commission thereon in his pan no. I want to know that I can file Income Tax Return Showing Life Insurance Commission Income along with the Stipend earn by him under articleship.

Please Suggest.

if your brother is a CA final student, first thing he should have told you that he is not allowed to have a LIC agency in his name.

13 March 2014 ca final student do not have any problem for same if articleship is over as he is not yet the member of icai as its not allowed for members of icai.

later when he is member then u must change the onwership.
