Income on Capital Gain Bonds should be taken as Interest on Accrual Basis or Long Term Capital Gain at time of redemption after three years?

interest is paid every year and as to be accounted for as income from other sources.

interest on Capital gold bond u/s 54EC paid yearly then you have to show as interest income every year in his return.
