Income in india as nri

01 May 2013 My daughter has started working in the USA since the past one year. In India, she is having her own Income by way of interest from loan given to her Father's business (TDS is deducted on Interest received), Income from dividends from mutual funds. In addition she pays LIC premiums, savings in ELSS schemes and deposit in PPF. Does she need to declare her Income in the USA and will she get credit for Tax deposited/deducted in India.
Can any one guide please

and in india she will declare all income and take refund if any
