in the case of unrealised rent, whether it shall b deducted from actual rent or from gross anual value????
as per provision it shoud b from actual rent but return of income shows it as deduction from gross annual value?!!!!!!

In computing the actual rent received or receivable, the unrealised rent is deducted.
for computing the GAV, one of the factor is the actual rent received or receivable, the other being reasonable expected rent.
hence what is given in the return, is not correct
