In income from house property,
The income of a house property used for agricultural purpose is exempt u/s 2(1A)(c) will it be added for rate purpose like agricultural income??

Yes. its computation is done as per the provisions applicable to the HP income and income so derived shall be added to the Total Income for rate purpose..
