One of our client has three house properties of which one is SOP and the other two are Deemed to be LOP (DLOP). How to calculate IFHP in case of these two DLOP if one of the DLOP can avail benifit of Interest on Home loan u/s 24 (b)?

Normally the Municipal valuation for the purpose of fixing the annual ratable value can be taken as the income from such deemed let out properties.
