if husband take loan against house property and purchase property on wife's name , then can he claim deduction on repayment of housing loan [u/s 80c(xviii)] and deduction of Interest(u/s 24b)

Loan taken against his House property by the Husband is called mortgage loan.

By utilising such mortgage loan for purchasing the property in his wife's name, he can not claim the deductions you have mentioned.
