One has two house propery. One is self occupied and another vacent. How to compute Income from House Property ?

Show the vacant house as Let out Property and claim vacancy allowance of full 12 months as if no tenant wants to live in "One's" house.

for self occupied : NAV will be taken as nill,
for Vacant : it will be treated as "deemed to be rented.let out.
