16 January 2010 i just want to know from you..Is A loan waiver an income?you take a loan from a bank and then get it waived by whatever options..will you treat the same as income?

I AM NOT HAVING ANY SHARES
I SALE 200 SHARES @ 200 BY WAY OF SHORT SALE.
AFTER THAT I HAS NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION FOR PURCHASE AFTER TWO DAYS 200 SHARES ARE AUTMATICALLY PURCHASED FROM MY ACCOUNT @ 250.
WHAT WILL BE TRATMENT OF LOSS WHEATHER IT IS SPECULATIVE OR NOT.
