06 July 2017 I have a business in which i have a tin no. and in that records my mother is proprietor but she does not do anything. I've made her proprietor because of family pressure. Now I'm going to file my ITR can i write income of that business in my itr as that business is of very small scale and I'm also a authorised signatory in that business records.
