20 April 2016 Sir I have filed inc-1 for company name approval to Mca on 13 April 2016 but till date its status pending for approval .almost 7 days leapse but I didn't received any mail to ROC for re submission. So but can I do for further action .

20 April 2016 MCA issues are now common. but we got name approval within 3 days. Better send an email to MCA

20 April 2016 Sending e-mail is not the procedure. Submit online grievance (if you so wish) through 'create service related compliant' link available in MCA home page under the main heading 'complaints'.

Ps:- But don't try now, site is shut till 10-30 p.m.
