02 May 2015 Sir I have filled inc-1 and I have got the availability of name. Now I want to fill inc-29 with same name. Can I do it. What are steps in this. Whether I have to reject\modify inc-1?

03 May 2015 Since applied name is approved, you have to seek normal route of incorporation meaning thereby 'integrated process of incorporation' can not be availed by e-filing form INC-29.

06 May 2015 sir, in INC 29 all documents like INC 9, DIR 2 should be attached in the name which is given in INC 29.
What will happen if name is rejected by ROC or raised any query?
do we have to revise all document or what?
i have contacted to MCA helpline they told me that INC 29 is a STP mode form but in the tool kit it is showing NON STP mode.
