23 December 2016 Hi,
While filling INC-1 form, i have following queries:

1- the objects clause point doesn't allows me to write complete main objects. rather, it just allows to write few words or 1.5 lines....can anyone provide some guidance.

2- moreover, the supporting documents of applicant need to attested by practising professional, kindly confirm or do they need need to be self attested by applicant, as there are contradictory instructions mentioned in help kit v/s MCA website

3- if the applicant intending to be a director in one person is in service but has resigned & serving notice period, his occupation still needs to be mentioned as service man . Kindly confirm ? If yes, it may be changed later after he gets relieved from job. but the query is what to mention as his occupation in DIR-3 for availing DIN & INC-1 , so that the form doesn't gets rejected.

23 December 2016 1. Column 7 of INC-1 may be filled as 'As per attachment' Then main object in pdf format enclose as 'optional attachment'.

2, Supporting documents of DIR-3 shall be attested by the certifying professional.

3.Choose 'self employed' in column 2 (c) of INC-1.

23 December 2016 Dear Chakrapani Sir, Thanks a lot for your valued guidance. I seem satisfied with reply for 1st & 2nd point but as regards occupation, the person who is still serving notice period after resigning from the private job, is technically is still a service man and not self employed.

Moreover, he has also signed a Non-Disclosure & whole time employment agreement with his employer which restricts him to be associated with any other company until he is satisfactorily relieved & dis-charged from his duties by that earlier company.

In such case, if i am a certifying professional, would it not be incorrect certification showing him as a self employed person.

Further, in my draft form as of now, i have shown him as a Service man in Others - If Others - please specify --- in private service - resigned & serving notice period --- would this disclosure be accepted as valid
