can anyone tell me that i am a individual & i have a firm but i use my pan card behalf of my firm.& my incometax for the year of 2009-2010 206250 . & sir i paid income tax of my firm 5625 without education cess can anyone tell me in which percentage income tax will deduct my tax. as per my knowledge 30% & sir plz tell me

Your query is not clear, how you can find out the rate of income tax without provide the income

The Income Tax Act, 1961 do not differiantiate between individual & its proprietorship firm. both are considered same & the income of proprietorship is taxed in hands of individuals itself.
