04 July 2014 Mr. Ram has work six month in XYZ Pvt ltd. and employer has deducted TDS as pe provision of section 194 j (as profession fee. Now such income received. and while filing the return Mr. Ram is showing such amount under the head salary. IS IT JUSTIFIABLE??
IF NOT, under which such income should be taxable.?

how can i get TDS certificate. if employer has deducted my tax in F.Y. 2013-14 but same has not been deliver to me by employer.
and what types of information normally mentioned in TDS certificate??

04 July 2014 yes u can get it fom ur employer.
details about ur co pan,cin no,tin no,etc ur pan, detials of income from salary and tds deducted and when deposited.

05 July 2014 you can check you form 26AS in which all detail of TDs deduction you can check.

05 July 2014 when tds deducted u/s 194J then ITR 4 is applicable.
