For financial year 2013-14, forms required are :-
Form 20B - annual return - attachment Schedule V of Co's act,1956.
Form 23AC - attachment Balance sheet, notes on account ,audit report, directors report and notice of ACM
Form 23ACA - attachments are profit and loss account, notes on account.
