In import good ITC not shown in 2A

30 September 2019 Sir,

In case of import of goods igst paid to custom has been shown by me in 3B in table 4 A(1).
is it correct , and why IGST paid to custom not shown in 2A.
Plz advise

01 October 2019 why IGST paid to custom not shown in 2A...? Bcoz, The Exporter (who is foreign company) is not a gstin holder in India.

02 October 2019 Import of goods also RCM applicable. Importer pays IGST along with customs duty and claim ITC on it.
