Importing brands problem in Custom

26 May 2011 Every thing is going smooth with ur help,now again aproblem came,i got some samples of memory cards from China ,but the packing and all isdifferent from what is avlble in the market.Also i find from the net that thgese brands are biggest brands and may hav there copy right ,like Kingstonis from USA, can we import then these brans ,they say they will change packing as per our need but will there be a problem in customs if i brng brands like sandisk or kingston or NOKIA brand mobiles.
